CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be sent with its original packaging.

  • All accessories belonging to the product must be complete.

  2. After your request is approved, send your product to the specified address.

  3. Once the product reaches us and is checked, the return process begins.

  4. The product fee will be refunded within the legal period of 14 days using the payment method used.
