Buyer:
The customer placing an order through the website.

  1. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website.

  1. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT

The type, quantity, sale price, and payment information of the ordered products are valid as specified during the order.

  1. DELIVERY

The product will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer during the order within legal time limits.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified by e-mail or in writing.

  1. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared in line with the consumer's special requests, products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, and other products specified in the relevant legislation.

  1. DISPUTES

In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the T.R. Ministry of Commerce.

  1. EFFECTIVENESS

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this agreement by completing the order.
